Ingredients:
- 3 cups (710ml) whole chocolate milk
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1/3 cup (65g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup (240ml) whipped cream
- 2 tbsp (30ml) chocolate syrup
- 1 handful (20g) mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a mixing pitcher, combine the cocoa powder and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk vigorously until a smooth, dark paste forms.
- Slowly stream in the chocolate milk and heavy cream, whisking until the mixture is mahogany-colored and completely lump-free.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi vessel, secure the lid, and select the MILKSHAKE preset. Allow the machine to churn until the consistency shifts to a thick, rhythmic thrum.
- Once the machine signals completion with three beeps, dispense the milkshake into chilled glasses immediately.
- Top each glass with a swirl of whipped cream, a spiral drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips.
