Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (710ml) whole chocolate milk
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup (65g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup (240ml) whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) chocolate syrup
  • 1 handful (20g) mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing pitcher, combine the cocoa powder and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk vigorously until a smooth, dark paste forms.
  2. Slowly stream in the chocolate milk and heavy cream, whisking until the mixture is mahogany-colored and completely lump-free.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi vessel, secure the lid, and select the MILKSHAKE preset. Allow the machine to churn until the consistency shifts to a thick, rhythmic thrum.
  4. Once the machine signals completion with three beeps, dispense the milkshake into chilled glasses immediately.
  5. Top each glass with a swirl of whipped cream, a spiral drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips.
