Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar-free sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup allulose
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions:

  1. Combine the sugar-free sparkling water, allulose, lime juice, and frozen raspberries in a large pitcher. Stir vigorously until the allulose is completely dissolved.
  2. If using a slushie machine, pour the mixture into the hopper and select 'Slush' mode, churning for 20–30 minutes. If using a blender, freeze the mixture in ice cube trays for 4 hours, then blend with a tamper until smooth. If using a pan, freeze in a shallow tray and scrape with a fork every 30 minutes.
  3. Pour the slushie into chilled glasses and garnish with a fresh mint leaf or a lime wheel.
