Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480ml) whole milk
- 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup (120ml) strawberry syrup
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp (30g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (240ml) whipped cream
- 4 whole strawberries, halved
- 1 tbsp (15g) rainbow sprinkles
Instructions:
- Combine sliced strawberries, milk, strawberry syrup, vanilla, and condensed milk in the blender.
- Process on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and a consistent pastel pink. Note: This ensures no fruit chunks jam the machine.
- Pour the mixture into a pitcher.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the liquid feels cold to the touch. Note: Cold liquid prevents icy crystals.
- Pour the chilled base into the Ninja Slushie reservoir.
- Select the 'Milkshake' or 'Frozen Drink' setting.
- Let the machine churn for 30-35 minutes until it reaches a thick, soft serve state.
- Dispense the shake into glasses.
- Top with whipped cream, halved strawberries, and sprinkles.
