Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480ml) whole milk
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) strawberry syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp (30g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (240ml) whipped cream
  • 4 whole strawberries, halved
  • 1 tbsp (15g) rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Combine sliced strawberries, milk, strawberry syrup, vanilla, and condensed milk in the blender.
  2. Process on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and a consistent pastel pink. Note: This ensures no fruit chunks jam the machine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pitcher.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the liquid feels cold to the touch. Note: Cold liquid prevents icy crystals.
  5. Pour the chilled base into the Ninja Slushie reservoir.
  6. Select the 'Milkshake' or 'Frozen Drink' setting.
  7. Let the machine churn for 30-35 minutes until it reaches a thick, soft serve state.
  8. Dispense the shake into glasses.
  9. Top with whipped cream, halved strawberries, and sprinkles.
