Ingredients:

  • 3 cups whole milk, chilled
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the chilled milk, heavy cream, and sugar into your pitcher.
  2. Whisk the mixture vigorously for 60 seconds until the sugar crystals disappear. Note: Undissolved sugar can cause a grainy texture.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  4. Pour the liquid into the Ninja Slushi reservoir.
  5. Check that the liquid stays below the Max Fill line. Note: Overfilling prevents proper aeration.
  6. Close the lid securely.
  7. Power on the machine and press the Milkshake button.
  8. Wait for the machine to signal the cooling cycle is done.
  9. Dispense the shake into your chilled glasses until the glass is full.
