Instructions:
- In a mixing pitcher, whisk together the granulated sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder until clumps disappear.
- Slowly pour in the whole milk and heavy cream, whisking vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the Ninja Slushi reservoir and secure the lid firmly.
- Power on the machine and select the Milkshake button; wait for the machine to signal with a beep once the optimal frozen consistency is reached.
- Place a chilled glass beneath the dispenser, pull the lever firmly to dispense the milkshake, and top with whipped cream or a cherry if desired.
